Receptionist & Accounting Data Entry Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist & Accounting Data Entry Intern to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment at our front desk while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, professional communication, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Reception
  • Visitor Management: Greet and assist all guests, clients, and vendors in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system, taking clear and accurate messages.
  • Data Entry & Administrative Support
  • Data Entry: Enter accounts payable invoicing in accounting software for payment.
  • Digital Filing: Scan, organize, and file physical documents into digital storage system (Sharepoint.)
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, account reconciliations & service invoices.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
