Receiving Lead

Location: Grand Rapids, MI 
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Hours: Flexible, approximately 11:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Receiving Lead to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist with daily receiving and warehouse activities

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products

  • Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders

  • Ensure incoming inventory is accurately counted and properly stored

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed

  • Maintain an organized and safe receiving area

  • Help coordinate workflow and prioritize incoming shipments

  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory and deliveries

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred

  • Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as required

  • Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work well with others
