In a Receiving Lead job youll be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating daily receiving operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow from arrival to storage.

  • Inspecting incoming shipments of commercial linens, verifying packing slips, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

  • Operating warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to stage inventory.

  • Managing inventory records within the warehouse management system and reporting discrepancies promptly.

  • Mentoring, training, and directing warehouse team members to hit daily performance and safety goals.

What youll need:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven receiving and warehouse leadership experience (linen, textile, or high-volume distribution experience is a strong plus).
