Description
The new Director will require background in lease accounting and financial reporting along with the full real estate transaction management process, negotiation, audit controls and execution of corporate real estate lease / purchases. This includes portfolio reporting, key performance indicator setup (KPIs), managing transactions including collaboration and reporting at each milestone, and the understanding of lease accounting / financial impact for global transactions. Expectation to streamline / create processes to improve the ways of working within the global real estate as a key for success.
• Experience in the leasing and management of global or regional corporate offices and industrial sites
• Responsible for the real estate portfolio tracking and reporting across the globe including transaction status, cost, critical dates, utilization and sustainability efforts
• Design and execution of real estate processes and the ability to improve and streamline using AI and the latest technology
• Lease accounting and ASC842 financial impact reporting
• Support development of global strategy and new ways of working with global principles while ensuring country and business requirements are met
• Provide ongoing and ad hoc executive level reports
• Collaboration with senior leaders and functional teams for end to end project management and audit controls
• Negotiation of real estate including hiring external vendors, performing market analysis and reviewing legal documents
• Vendor management and ability to lead global project teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5-10 years of experience

Real estate operations with a focus on transformation and streamlining processes. Lease accounting expertise / ASC842 with experience with financial analysis. End to end transaction management focusing on office and industrial real estate. Excellent communication skills with a background in executive level presentation creation and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to succeed in a matrixed environment.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $124,200.00 to $214,450.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
