Range Of Motion Balance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our passionate team. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's needs, goals, and treatment plans.
• Manage an anticipated patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring attention to their care and recovery.
• Utilize your orthopedic expertise to provide effective and targeted treatments aimed at enhancing range of motion and mobility.
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans, integrating various therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on strategies to improve functionality, reduce reliance on medications, and avoid surgical interventions when possible.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, encouraging their engagement and commitment to recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain detailed documentation of all therapy services provided using EMR systems, specifically WebPT.

In this role, you will work primarily with patients dealing with orthopedic issues, which may include post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your efforts will not only facilitate recovery but also empower patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation, leading to significantly better health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and practical experience implementing exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is essential for effective documentation and patient management.

• Demonstrable experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to create and execute customized treatment plans that yield positive outcomes for patients.
• Experience in therapeutic modalities, exercise therapy, and patient education.

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
