Safety is not optional — it’s part of our culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to perform equipment setup and changeovers
  • Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators)
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and perform shop math
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and communicate in English (SDS, work instructions, manuals)
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing is a plus
  • NCRC certification preferred

  • PPE provided and required

Why Leatherman?

  • 4-day workweek (Swing shift)
