1. Administration & Maintenance

Installation, configuration, and upgrade of MQ servers

Queue manager creation and configuration

Queue, channel, and listener setup

SSL/TLS configuration and certificate management

2. Monitoring & Support

24/7 monitoring of MQ services (or defined support window)

Proactive issue detection and alert handling

Incident management and resolution

Log analysis and troubleshooting

3.Performance & Optimization

Queue depth monitoring and tuning

Channel performance tuning

Resource utilization analysis (CPU, memory, disk)

4. Backup & Recovery

Regular backup of MQ configurations and objects

Disaster recovery planning and testing
