We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Deposit Operations Support Manager at our Wolfforth Banking Center.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Lead daily Retail Ops Support activities and ticket fulfillment.

2. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of operational requests and corrections.

3. Oversee support across teller operations, new account servicing, and card services.

4. Oversee audit functions for new accounts to guarantee that necessary documents are completed accurately and comply with laws and regulations. 

5. Oversee IRA portfolio

6. Own intake, prioritization, and throughput of the support queue.

7. Monitor SLAs, backlog, and turnaround performance.

8. Drive process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

9. Ensure documentation and audit readiness of all support actions.

10. Partner with training and quality control to ensure branch staff understand processes and requirements, and the support team is consistent in execution. 

11. Identify training gaps based on recurring issues and errors. 

12. Support rollout of procedural updates to branches.

13. Serve as a primary escalation point for complex operational issues.

14. Coordinate with IT and other departments for resolutions. 

15. Identify root causes and reduce repeat issues. 

16. Directly manage Deposit Ops Support Specialists and Analysts.

17. Establish service expectations and accountability.

18. Coach team on issue resolution, accuracy, and responsiveness.

19. Ensure adherence to the Bank's Information Security Program. 

20. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

21. Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management to support departmental goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in retail banking operations or branch support

Strong knowledge of teller operations, account maintenance, and card services

Experience in service delivery, queue management, or operational support environments
