Position Summary:
TEJAS ORIGINALS LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production team in Kyle, TX. This is an opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations and make a real impact. As the Manufacturing Operations Manager you will be running a manufacturing shop that creates cabinet substrates for outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits.ย  You need to have some experience working with your hands and take pride in excellent work created by you.ย  You will be the point of the spear in making sure that all products leaving the factory are manufactured correctly.ย  This is a hands-on position where you will need to be able to review custom welding projects for fit and finish. ย  You will coordinate workers and keep workflow moving in an efficient manner.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Administration
Production Coordination
Shipping & Logistics
General Office Administration
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management or a related leadership role
Experience managing production teams and fostering a positive, safety-first work environment
Experience using QuickBooks for order entry, invoicing and accounts payable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Kyle, TX
