Job description

Urgent Hiring - QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional)| Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Protouch Staffing is currently seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) for a 13-week contract opportunity with the potential for full-time hire.

Position Details:

  • Role: QIDP

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Shift: Days (8AM-4PM)

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Duration: 13 weeks (Temp to Hire)

  • Start Date: ASAP

Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs)

  • Coordinate services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations

  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

  • Must meet QIDP qualifications as per state guidelines

  • Experience working with the IDD population preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage caseload effectively
