KerberRose Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Service Consultant to support our retirement plan team. This role focuses on onboarding new retirement plans, coordinating ongoing services, and supporting advisors and clients through a high-touch service model. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in retirement plan operations.


Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate onboarding of new retirement plans

Serve as liaison between plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPAs, and advisors

Coordinate ongoing service schedules with the 401(k) advisor

Prepare for and follow up on client meetings

Manage service workflows and track deliverables

Support advisors with plan administration and client communication

Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate resolutions

Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation

Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in retirement plan services or administration

Strong understanding of 401(k), 403(b), and retirement plans

Experience working with recordkeepers, TPAs, and plan sponsors

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Professional designations (AIF, CRPS, QKA) preferred
