  • Supporting cataloging and provisioning activities for supply items, repair parts, components, and associated materiel in accordance with policy and lifecycle sustainment requirements
  • Analyzing item data, provisioning documentation, technical manuals, bills of material, and support requirements to identify gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies, and standardization opportunities
  • Supporting development, validation, and maintenance of catalog records, item identification data, reference data, and related logistics information required for materiel management
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, program offices, logisticians, engineers, and external agencies to support stock number assignment, item entry control, and provisioning decisions

Qualifications
Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Department of Defense supply chain management with experience in cataloging and provisioning
  • 1+ years of experience in
    • Supporting cataloging, provisioning, item identification, or materiel data management activities
    • Analyzing provisioning documentation, technical manuals, bills of material, or logistics data
    • Developing, revising, or evaluating policies, directives, manuals, or operating procedures
    • Preparing briefing materials, reports, or recommendations for senior leaders or cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of experience
    • Supporting Office of the Secretary of Defense or Military Service organizations and asset visibility initiatives
    • With Federal Logistics Information System processes
    • Supporting lifecycle sustainment, supply support analysis, or enterprise resource planning data alignment
    • Supporting governance forums, working groups, or policy review activities
    • Using CATMS or similar task and tracking systems
