Job description

Location: El Segundo, CA (Remote to start with and then work at customer premise post COVID)
JD: System Analyst
Proficient in Offer and Order Management flows and any related applications.
Proficient in Estimation techniques such as Function Point Analysis, Catalogue-based evaluation, LOE preparation, user story sizing
Experience in Team Management, Customer Interactions, Customer facing discussions and reviews
Good experience in technical system analysis, use-cases reviews, thorough system and application knowledge
Working experience of requirements/user-stories analysis
Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience in ADM kind of activities
Good Oral and written communication skills
Experience in preparing Technical Interface documents, Architecture Interface Docs, Functional Specifications, Use case and Swim Lane flows
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in analysing, triaging issues and assimilation information and root cause of issues
Having good knowledge of Governance processes, Weekly Reports and Dashboard preparations
Preferable working knowledge of analysing XMLs, running SQL queries, any previous Offer & Order Management platforms/Apps.
Good understanding of architectural design, multi-system i
