POSITION RELATIONSHIP TO ORGANIZATION:

This position is within the Shared Services/Corporate Office..

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Maintains and tracks the projects on the target list and ensure EAC’s BD Process is implemented appropriately, given the anticipated dates and achieve all pre-marketing activities in advance of project advertisement.

· Works with team to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs).

· Uses template information to begin building RFP responses and work with project personnel for content quality and accuracy.

· Participates in the selection and recommendation of appropriate projects and personnel to be included in proposals, according to RFPs/RFQs.

· Creates, proofreads, and edits proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style.

· Maintenance of BD/Promotional Materials and Tools: project descriptions, resumes, newsletters, website, postcards, ads, etc.

· Modifies marketing material as needed.

  • Identify opportunities and coordinate Go/No-Go evaluations.
  • Support market research and identify upcoming project opportunities.

  • Coordinate client visits and business development meetings.
  • Maintain CRM database and client contact information.
  • Proposal Management
  • Lead proposal development from kickoff through submission.
  • Coordinate proposal schedules, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Develop proposal outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Prepare resumes, project descriptions, and qualification packages.
  • Coordinate graphics, printing, and final production.
  • Facilitate proposal quality control reviews.
  • Support interview preparation and presentation coaching.


EXPERIENCE:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
