PC1 leverages Pfizer's manufacturing, scientific, and technical expertise to support biopharmaceutical partners from latestage development through commercialization.
This role reports to the Business Enablement Lead and serves as a commercial enablement leader responsible for endtoend ownership of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), enterprise Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy, sprintbased digital delivery, and AI enablement across commercial operations as well as occasional AI support of the ES community. The role also holds accountability for digital budget planning and management across PC1's commercial technology portfolio, and serves as Digital Project Lead for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
The role will help in setting strategy, defining standards, and driving scalable solutions that enable PC1's growth. This position acts as an accountable owner for commercial content, systems, and AIenabled capabilities that support business development, customer engagement, and operational efficiency globally.

Develop budget forecasts, track spend against plan, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate accruals, purchase orders, and vendor invoicing. Identify opportunities to optimize spend and reinvest in highest-value capabilities.
