Proposal Coordinator

Temp-to-Hire

Location: Orlando, FL 32826

Pay: $25-$28/ hour

Hours: M-F 7am-4pm IN OFFICE

Start: ASAP

  • Seeking a proposal assistant to be responsible for proposal drafting for engineering projects.
  • Organize the project information from the sales team, ops team, etc.. and put the information into a pre-made template to generate an official proposal.
  • Must have very strong, professional communication skills both via phone, virtual platforms, in person, and over email
  • Must be self-driven with the ability to take direction, ask questions when needed.
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass background and drug screen
  • This is an in-office position and requires daily attendance
