Job description

WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Liberty Village, a 38-unit residential community located in Beaumont, CA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The pay range for this position is $23.82 to $25.50 per hour dependent on experience. The regular work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor collections, post rent payments.
  • Enforce the collection policy and initiate legal action when required.
  • Facilitate all aspects of apartment leasing: touring with prospective residents, processing applications, recertifications and negotiating lease renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Respond timely to resident issues and complaints promoting positive resident relations.
  • Assist in all facets of physical and financial Management as needed and assigned.
  • Act as Property Manager in absence of the Manager for specified amounts of time.
  • Prepare financial reports for the Property Manager as well as resident correspondence and recertification notices.
  • Monitor the flow of accounts payable from issuing purchase orders to processing invoices.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in Property Management.
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Experience with various computer systems, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
