Job description

TNCR Property Management is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Field & Showing Agent to support our growing residential rental portfolio in the Indio and Coachella Valley area. This is a task-based, field-first contract role — ideal for someone who works well independently, stays organized on the go, and takes pride in delivering a professional experience at every property.

COMPENSATION

$30 per completed showing session | $50 per completed inspection

Mileage reimbursement may apply based on assignment scope and management approval.

Payment requires task completion + same-day documentation + full SOP compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct inperson property showings and open houses for prospective tenants
  • Confirm appointments 2 hours in advance; arrive 15 minutes early to every showing
  • Verify prospect ID and collect household info (occupants, pets, movein date)
  • Send TNCR HowtoApply form to every prospect via AppFolio — no exceptions
  • Perform movein, moveout, and routine property inspections with GPStimestamped photos via CompanyCam
  • Complete postshowing lockdown checklist and update AppFolio guest card same day
  • Install/remove lockboxes and For Rent signage as directed
  • Post notices in compliance with California landlordtenant law with photo proof
  • Report all issues, noshows, and property condition concerns immediately
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years in property management, leasing, real estate, or highend hospitality
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Proficient with AppFolio, CompanyCam, and smartphonebased documentation
  • Available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends as tasks require
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service mindset
  • PREFERRED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred for this market)
  • Active California Real Estate License (helpful, not required)
  • PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

    All agents must complete 100% of accepted tasks as scheduled, submit all documentation same day, maintain professional appearance (TNCR uniform or badge required), and comply with California Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Non-compliance may result in non-payment or removal from the assignment pool.
