Job description

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Infinium Staffing is currently recruiting for a Property Management Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established property management company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing rental applications
  • Drafting contracts and other property management documents
  • Processing and managing DocuSign documents
  • Entering new properties and owners into the company's software system
  • Preparing and sending P&L statements to property owners
  • Uploading documents to owner and tenant portals
  • Processing tenant move-ins within the software system
  • Processing bank deposits
  • Preparing and submitting HOA forms and related paperwork
  • Maintaining and updating paper and electronic files
  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting tenants, owners, and vendors professionally

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
  • Previous administrative or property management experience is preferred but not required
