Job description

Career Strategies is seeking a customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established apartment community in Anaheim, CA. This is an excellent Temp-to-Hire opportunity for an organized and motivated professional looking to grow their career in property management while making a positive impact on residents and the community.

Schedule/Hours:

Tuesday through Saturday (9 am to 6 pm weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays)

  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Support leasing activities, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention.
  • Assist with rent collections, resident files, and administrative duties.
  • Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
  • Work closely with the Property Manager to maintain an organized and successful community.

Qualifications

  • Previous apartment leasing, assistant property management, or property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
