ROVING FIELD ASSISTANT (RUNNER) - PART-TIME, FLEXIBLE HOURS
Locations Hiring: Los Angeles County | Orange County | San Diego County
(We are currently hiring across all three regions - please apply to the location closest to you.)
Pay: $22/hour + IRS Mileage Reimbursement (currently $0.725/mile)
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours (3-28 hours/week)Purpose of the Role
Looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around your schedule?
Join Pan American Properties as a Roving Field Assistant (Runner) - a fully field-based role where you'll travel to properties within your region to complete simple, structured tasks such as posting notices, taking photos, and documenting unit conditions.
No Experience? No Problem!
You do NOT need:
  • Property management experience
  • Maintenance skills
  • Inspection experience

If you can:

  • Work must be completed during business hours:
    • Summer: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    • Winter: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Monday - Saturday

This is not a fixed schedule role - it is flexible and self-managed.What You'll Be Doing
All tasks are straightforward and training is provided:
Property Visits
  • Travel to properties within approximately a 30-mile radius

Notice Posting
  • Post required notices and upload photo confirmation

Property & Unit Inspections
  • Walk properties and units
  • Capture photos and document conditions using our app

Vacant Unit Documentation
  • Document unit condition, cleanliness, and readiness
  • No technical or maintenance experience required
