ย $93,000.00-$102,500.00 (5 yrs minimum)

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a portfolio of properties and directing the Assistant Property Manager and/or an Administrative Assistant. Primary duties include insuring accurate billing and collection of revenue, the efficient management of expenses and repairs, minimizing liability, administration of lease terms, budgeting and CAM reconciliations, providing accurate & timely reports and maintaining a strong relationship with clients, tenants and vendors. The Property Manager must โ€œThink like an Ownerโ€.
Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties with support from an administrative team member(s)
  • Supervise property management staff and coordinate dayโ€‘toโ€‘day operations
  • Serve as primary liaison with tenants, vendors, and ownership; maintain strong tenant relations and retention
  • Oversee billing, collections, CAM charges, budgets, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and CAPEX planning
  • Monitor lease compliance, tenant improvements, and moveโ€‘ins/move-outs
  • Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, inspections, and emergency response
  • Prepare and review leases, legal notices, and property records; attend court and ownership meetings as needed
  • Interface with legal, accounting, insurance, and other outside professionals
  • Work extended hours and weekends as business needs require
Qualifications
  • California Real Estate License required
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience (retail required; residential not applicable)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred; CPM, CRRP or CSM designation a plus
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong problemโ€‘solving and decisionโ€‘making abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, insurance, and successful background check
