Position Summary
 
Robbins Property Associates is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support property operations, financial performance, collections, resident relations, and leasing activity at a multi-family apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Manage collections, delinquency, and resident accounts
  • Assist with renewals and occupancy goals
  • Support financial reporting and operational accuracy
  • Address resident concerns professionally
  • Assist with leasing and touring as needed
  • Support the Property Manager in daily operations
