Job description


This individual will support the Property Manager and Board of Directors with administrative duties required by the Homeowner or Condominium Association.This person will be working on-site at the property with the necessary equipment and training provided by the Management Company.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones
  • Assist walk-in Residents with a high level of customer service skill
  • Maintain Resident and Community files
  • Process citation
  • Maintain accurate records to follow up on rule violations
  • Administer work orders
  • Assist with mailings
  • Maintain Office Supplies
  • Initiate work orders, as well as, follow up
  • Prepare and copy material for Board Meetings
  • Maintain homeowner rosters, databases and homeowner files
  • Draft correspondence for Property Manager approval
  • Special Projects

Part-Time Mon-Fri 10am-6pm
Pay rate: Up to $22 DOE
