Job description

We are a growing property management company looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager / Operations Coordinator to help support daily operations and grow with our company long-term. This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time management role as the company continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

You do NOT need years of property management experience. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset and work ethic.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time, 20 Hours/Week (flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends as needed)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with daily property management operations
  • Coordinating and following up on maintenance issues
