We are a growing property management company looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager / Operations Coordinator to help support daily operations and grow with our company long-term. This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time management role as the company continues to grow.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, 20 Hours/Week (flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends as needed)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with daily property management operations
- Coordinating and following up on maintenance issues
- Helping manage tenant communication and escalations
- Monitoring leasing and move-in processes
- Tracking violations and unresolved issues
- Coordinating with vendors and internal staff
- Organizing information and preparing issues for management review
- Helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Training & Onboarding
For the first few weeks, you will work directly alongside ownership in a shadowing and training environment. You’ll listen in on real situations, observe daily operations, and learn how decisions are made in real time. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow into a larger operational role over time.
