Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย 

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships, responding professionally to inquiries, and supporting customers.ย ย 

  • Support property sales goals by closing sales leads,ย demonstratingย strong phone sales skills,ย leveragingย our technology platform, proficiently following up on all leads, andย demonstratingย pricing knowledge.ย 

  • Demonstrate understanding of property operations, competition, and KPIs to support sound business decisions.ย 

  • Execute daily office operations including customer transactions, phone management, lead tracking, documentation, and administrative programs.ย 

  • Continually learn property systems, procedures, and best practices through hands-on training, leadership from the Property Manager, and guidance from the broader Morningstar team.ย 

  • Support the team inย maintainingย an industry-leading, great-looking property byย assistingย with cleanliness standards, curb appeal, and overall site organization.ย 

  • Conduct regular property walk throughs and work independently, adapting to new tools and technology.ย 

  • Follow policies and procedures and use tools (technology platform, daily checklists, lead-to-lease, delinquency management, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail.ย 

  • Take ownership of responsibilities, seek improvements, andย demonstrateย accountability without constant supervision.ย 

  • Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and team,ย maintainingย a positive attitude, providing coverage when needed, and following instructions/assignments.ย 

  • Communicate clearly with teammates to ensure smooth hand-offs and continuity of service.ย 

  • Other related duties as assigned.ย 

What You Need:ย ย 

  • High School diploma or GEDย required.ย ย 

  • Associates orย Bachelorโ€™sย degree is always a plusย but notย required.ย 

  • Valid driverโ€™s license in the state of employmentย requiredย for occasional work-related tasks requiring driving.ย 

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learnย
