Position Overview: The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, pool area, routine plant maintenance, minor property repairs, and inspecting the property. This is a Part Time position, from M-F from 7:00am to 11:00am (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
  • Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
  • Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
  • Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
  • Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
  • Perform light painting duties as necessary.
  • Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
  • Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
