Job Description
A PMI Assistant Property Manager will perform property management duties and tasks that involve coordinating, supervising, and assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations of the community.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical inspections of all properties
  • Collaborate directly with Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and supervise all business functions
  • Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts
  • Assist in the communication and adherence to community policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service
  • Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners
  • Help maintain rent rolls and bank balances
  • Negotiate and oversee maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenants
  • Prepare and maintain Property Management Work Authorization forms
  • Send out electronic late notices and make collection calls
  • Support sales staff in entering data and work requests

Qualifications
  • Ability to adapt to everchanging technology and implement into business strategies (This is vital with the continual growth rate and adjustment of company practices)
  • Property Management experience IS A PLUS!
  • Comfortable with video conferencing software and video inspections
  • Reliable Transportation to and from work (This position requires travel between 3 office buildings in the Cleveland area)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Property management software exposure is A PLUS!

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
