Granite Management, LLC is dedicated to high-road, above-and-beyond, leading-edge property management of student housing. Granite believes in comprehensive, results oriented property management. Granite realizes that focusing on the development of our people will ensure sustainable and superior service.
About the role
(This is a part-time position. This position requires the availability to work some Saturdays.)
The Marketing Liaison supports day-to-day marketing efforts for Granite, helping to bring the brand to life both online and in person. This entry-level, marketing-focused role is ideal for someone interested in social media, content creation, planning and running live events, and student housing marketing. The Marketing Liaison works closely with the Leasing and Marketing teams to promote managed properties, increase visibility, and drive leasing traffic.
What you'll do
Marketing & Content Support
  • Assist with creating and posting content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Capture photos and short videos of properties, amenities and events
  • Help maintain Granite's brand voice and visual style across all marketing materials
  • Support email, flyer, and digital marketing initiatives as needed
  • Networking with Purdue Organizations

Events & On-Campus Engagement
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing events, open houses, and resident activities
  • Help staff tabling events, tours, and promotions to increase awareness of properties
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the surrounding community

Leasing & Team Support
  • Collaborate with the Leasing Team to support leasing initiatives and promotions
  • Help track engagement, attendance, and feedback from events and marketing efforts
  • Provide general marketing support as requested by the Community Lead, Market Leasing Manager and Marketing team

Qualifications
  • Interest in marketing, communications, social media, or event planning
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with prospects and residents
  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) preferred
  • Graphic design or Canva experience is a plus, but not required
