Job description

You will be the Property Analyst Associate Manager for the Orlando Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and compliance of company, customer, and U.S. Government property at the Orlando site.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Property Analyst Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the Orlando Site Asset Management organization and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Provide strategic leadership and daytoday oversight of the MFC Orlando Site Asset Management organization.

  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, contract requirements, and internal policies for property accountability.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Contracts, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Sustainment to support business objectives and contract execution.

  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and standardization to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and audit readiness.
