Children's Wisconsin is seeking an Experience Coordinator to help improve the experience of children, families, and patients across the organization. This role supports experience projects, communications, events, and customer feedback initiatives that help drive positive change.

What you will do:


Serves as an enterprise wide experience ambassador, promoting a culture of exceptional experience for children and families. Coordinates and contributes to experience studies, team projects, and other priority initiatives that drive experience awareness, engagement and improvements at Children's Wisconsin. In addition, will help craft stories and develop communications to share with teams across the organization.
Essential Functions
- Coordinates engagement, participation, documentation and communication for user experience and voice of the customer initiatives, including studies, usability tests, co-design sessions, advisory committees and focus groups.
- Supports the development of narratives around experience study insights through presentations, journey maps, and other experience outputs.
- Manages content, usability testing and updates to Experience related pages on the Children's intranet site.
- Partners with key stakeholders to publish experience newsletters, articles and presentations, including content development, design and timely distribution.
- Manages team inbox and intake processes, supporting requests and triaging if appropriate.
- Coordinates skills based training programs, including promotion, participant tracking, location logistics, materials distribution, participant evaluations and follow up communication.
- Supports the execution of experience events, programs and initiatives, by managing workplans, communicating timelines and coordinating assigned activities.
What you will need:

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in communication, business or experience related field. Required
Experience:
- 1+ years of related professional work experience (internship experience can be considered). Required
- Experience with surveys. Preferred
- Previous patient or user experience background. Preferred
