We are looking for an exceptional legal assistant to assist in the day-to-day functions for our estate planning practice group. 

Legal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years of previous experience in Estate Planning and Post-Death Trust Administration
  • Legal secretary certification from an organization like Legal Secretaries International, Inc. or the National Association of Legal Secretaries is preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct and ensure client confidentiality
  • Excellent research and organizational skills
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Must have Probate Court Filing experience
  • Computer literate in word processing, databases (ProLaw), email, and Judicial Council Forms, office software (Outlook – emails and calendaring)
  • Must be able to format documents
  • Notary Public
