Part Time Prolaw Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Our Firm is currently seeking ​a candidate interested in working permanently but part time hours (25 hours per week) with our accounting team. The right candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in clerical accounting work including the following:

Accounting:

• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Entering deposits in billing system to coincide with accounting system
• Depositing checks daily via bank check reader
• Entering and monitoring payables in accounting systems
• Monitoring IOLTA account and associated spreadsheet

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
• QuickBooks and ProLaw desired but not required. Training provided.

Future growth and additional hours is possible. For now, the position is hybrid requiring a minimum of two days in the office, prefer four. The working hours must be consistent each day and during regular business hours.
