Summary

We are currently representing a well-established commercial contractor seeking a qualified Project Superintendent to lead field operations on active job sites across Los Angeles and Orange County. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with a strong eye for jobsite coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. The Superintendent will play a critical role in organizing site logistics, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring all work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality control oversight to all construction documentation and plans

  • Coordinate and monitor daily jobsite activities and subcontractor operations

  • Assess jobsite conditions and establish site-specific logistics and workflow plans

  • Ensure safety compliance by conducting daily site walks and enforcing safety policies

  • Collaborate with Project Management to maintain the master project schedule

  • Oversee the punch list process and drive timely project completion

  • Ensure the final deliverable meets or exceeds all contract and quality expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent on commercial construction projects
