Job Summary:
Bill Smith Electric is seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents for commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout Northwest Florida and South Alabama. Current projects include wastewater treatment facilities, outdoor lighting systems, emergency power system upgrades, generator installations, marine shore power systems, and underground power distribution.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate field crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects.
  • Plan work activities, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with electrical codes, specifications, and company standards.
  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Experience with wastewater facilities, generators, underground utilities, switchgear, or outdoor lighting is preferred.
