Job description

The Kitchen Project Specialist supports the store by supporting the following priorities: offering Knowledgeable Help, making our showrooms Easy to Shop, providing Efficient Service, and ensuring we have product availability. Kitchen Project Specialists offer Knowledgeable Help and Efficient Service to our customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their kitchen project needs, providing information on products and services, making purchasing recommendations, and scheduling additional appointments and consultations as needed. Kitchen Project Specialists support Product Availability and ensure our showrooms are Easy to Shop by providing our Pros quick designs for our in-stock cabinet options, assessing stock levels and performing light pack down and pack out activities as needed, focusing on products, samples, and brochures within the Showroom.

By supporting these four priorities, Kitchen Project Specialists drive sales to support department and store goals. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager On Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co- workers, vendors, or customers.
