Job description

Summary


We are seeking a Transmission Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of transmission development projects. This role will work closely with project managers, engineering, environmental, land, regulatory, and stakeholder teams to help advance projects through planning and development


Location: Amarillo, TX (Onsite)

Tuesday-Thursday- In office

Monday/Friday- remote


Responsibility

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
  • Support project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
  • Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and portfolio tracking
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and development progress
  • Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience supporting schedules, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
