About the Role



We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Operations / Project Manager who aligns with the Companyโ€™s mission and focuses on project coordination and management, production efficiency, resolving day-to-day operational challenges, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams. This role is new to the organization and based in office, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) in Marina del Rey, CA.



Responsibilities



Operational Project Management

  • Drive execution of a 9-month transition from brick-and-mortar to a fully virtual operation, balancing day-to-day execution with clear strategic oversight.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects from initiation through completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Build and manage a detailed and comprehensive project tracker, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables stay on track with minimal disruption to business performance.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to address constraints or delays.


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate and collaborate across teams to drive alignment, accountability, and adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows.
  • Act as the central point of communication for project updates and issue resolution.
  • Ensure alignment between departments to minimize downtime and bottlenecks.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff, supporting a smooth change process and sustaining energy and vibrancy throughout the transition.
  • At times, represent the Executive Office in meeting, advising and negotiating with internal and external partners.


Issue Resolution & Risk Management

  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early, solving issues quickly while maintaining momentum and team confidence.
  • Escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations.
  • Other projects that support the Executive Office, as assigned.


Qualifications


  • 5-8 years of experience in a leadership or strategic operational role, preferably in the wellness, natural products, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Strategy Director, or in a senior operations role is preferred.
