Job description

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architectural and engineering firm, is experiencing unprecedented growth. As a result, a full-time position is available for a Project Manager with our Food & Beverage Group.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing project leadership for architectural and engineering design of food manufacturing and storage facilities
  • Providing construction management
  • Building and maintaining key client relationships in the food and beverage industry
  • Developing new business
  • Utilizing expertise in sanitary design of food processing facilities
  • Some travel will be required

The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in architecture, engineering or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR
  • If no degree, must have at least 9 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at the Project Manager level.

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
  • Design-Build and execution of large multi-discipline capital projects
  • Mobilizing and leading architectural and structural project teams
  • Managing CSA design and construction of food processing and storage facilities
  • Project engineering management and leadership
  • Sanitary design of food processing facilities
  • Proposal development, estimating fees, and maintaining client relationships
  • Food manufacturing operations
  • Construction safety and compliance
