Marco's Pizza, managed by Boeing Food Management, is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Cincinnati, OH location. This is your opportunity to take the helm of a fast-paced, high-energy pizza restaurant where your leadership directly shapes the customer experience and team culture. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of crew members and shift leaders
  • Manage food and labor costs, budgets, and P&L to drive profitability
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve performance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to all Marcos policies and procedures. 
  • Manage labor, food cost and daily checklisst to meet Marcos performance and operational standards
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or pizza/fast casual
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
  • Strong understanding of food cost management, scheduling, and labor controls
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
