About the Role:
Marco's Pizza, managed by Boeing Food Management in Cincinnati, OH, is looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Driver to join our team! If you love hitting the road, delivering hot and fresh pizza, and making customers smile, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Come be part of a fast-paced, fun environment where every delivery matters!

Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently deliver pizza and food orders to residential and commercial customers in the Cincinnati area
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during every customer interaction and delivery
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including making correct change
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly to GM or AGM
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while on delivery routes
  • Work In-store with order preparation, packaging, and other tasks during non-delivery. 
  • Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the store for delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid auto insurance, and smartphone for navigation
  • Ability to read maps and navigate local Cincinnati routes efficiently
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
  • Driver make an additional $10-15 per hour in tips when actively making deliveries
