Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative with a strong focus on food service equipment to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with restaurants, catering companies, commercial kitchens, and other food service operations, helping them identify and invest in the right equipment solutions to support their business.


This position is ideal for individuals with a background in equipment sales, kitchen operations, or food service, who are looking to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the food service industry
  • Identify customer operational needs and recommend commercial kitchen equipment solutions (e.g., refrigeration, cooking equipment, prep stations, dishwashing systems)
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, with a focus on equipment features, functionality, and ROI
  • Generate leads, manage a robust sales pipeline, and close equipment sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams on equipment specifications, quotes, and order fulfillment
  • Provide consultative support, including layout considerations, equipment selection, and post-sale follow-up
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and equipment innovations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle
Requirements:
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record (travel required)
  • Proven sales experience; equipment sales or food service industry experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and its applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation for client visits and meetings


Base Salary + Monthly Commissions + Benefits


Total Target Comp: $150K uncapped
