Ready To Lead the Team That Sets the Tone for Every Client Relationship?

Why This Role Matters

A client's first experience with Personify Health isn't shaped by promises — it's shaped by how well their implementation goes. As Manager of Implementation Project Management, you'll own that experience at scale: directly managing complex health plan administration implementations while leading and developing a team of IPMs doing the same. The standard you set here ripples across every client we bring on.

This is a player/coach role in the truest sense. You'll be in the work — navigating escalations, solutioning with clients and brokers, and driving cross-functional alignment — while also building the team around you through mentorship, consistent methodology, and a relentless focus on execution quality.

What You'll Actually Do

Lead and develop your team: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of Implementation Project Managers at varying experience levels, providing day-to-day guidance that builds capability and drives consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

Own complex client implementations: Serve as the client-facing expert on all operational aspects of Personify Health's health plan administration solutions — managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff through go-live.

Drive proactive risk management: Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and barriers early, escalating issues and coordinating cross-functional resolution before they become client problems.

Manage escalations and ensure seamless handoffs: Resolve client and broker concerns with urgency and professionalism, and partner with account management and operations teams to ensure clients transition out of implementation without missing a beat.

Support business growth: Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, prospect meetings, finalist presentations, and operational solutioning — bringing implementation credibility to the sales process.

What You Bring to Our Team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management or client implementation experience, with direct client and/or broker-facing responsibilities required
  • Experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, or a TPA environment strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management tools including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

Benefits

The Highlights:

  • Competitive base salary and benefits effective day one
  • Comprehensive medical and dental through our own health solutions (yes, we use what we build)
  • Unlimited PTO—rest and recharge time is non-negotiable
  • Mental health support, retirement planning, and financial protection
  • Professional development with clear career progression and learning budgets
  • Mission-driven culture where diverse perspectives drive real impact on people's health
