Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
This individual in this position works in DMAS Project Management Office as a Project Manager. The position will be responsible for providing project management support for multiple PMO initiatives. The specific projects will include Fiscal Agent Services (FAS) - Releases, Financial Management System Changes, T-MSIS Changes, PMO Operations, and Certification Support.
Duties
1. Manage Full Project Lifecycle - Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, and Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
2. Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
3. Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by the executive and senior management.
4. Create presentations, dashboards, workflows, and user stories as needed.
5 Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
6. Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
7. Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.
Active PMP cert is required. Pls attach a copy in Vector or your candidate will not be considered.
