About the Team

As Manager of Project Management, you will lead a team of project managers delivering complex Credit platform initiatives, including implementations, migrations, and enhancements. This role providespeopleleadership, portfolio oversight, and accountability for delivery excellence across the Credit portfolio.

Location - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from Jacksonville, FL or Milwaukee, WI or Atlanta, GA

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage project managers supporting Credit initiatives

  • Provide delivery oversight and governance across the Credit portfolio

  • Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning

  • Partner with product, technology, migrations, and compliance teams

  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery and client risks

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery and PMO practices

  • Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of project and/or program management experience

  • People management or team leadership experience

  • Experience delivering Credit or lending technology initiatives

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
