Job Description Project Management Specialist Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to support strategic initiatives by providing project governance, planning, and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and delivery processes.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery. Manage project scope, changes, risks, issues, and action items.

Prepare governance materials, executive updates, and project status reports. Support project stabilization, process improvements, and continuous enhancement of project management practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience delivering strategic, operational, or business transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, risk management, and project methodologies.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.

Experience with business transformation or organizational change initiatives. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
