Whether you bring five years of project management experience or fifteen-plus years leading enterprise programs and portfolios, you'll have opportunities to apply your expertise on meaningful client engagements while building trusted relationships and delivering lasting business value.

What You'll Do

Depending on the engagement, you may be responsible for:

  • Leading strategic programs and projects from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Developing project governance, executive reporting, and steering committee communications.
  • Leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve project planning, executive communications, meeting facilitation, status reporting, documentation, and overall delivery effectiveness.
  • Building trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitating project planning, workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Driving collaboration across business and technology organizations.
  • Creating alignment, removing obstacles, and fostering accountability across executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Leading delivery using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or iterative methodologies.
  • Managing program interdependencies across multiple workstreams or portfolios.
  • Identifying delivery risks early and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Using AI to analyze project information, identify emerging risks, validate delivery plans, challenge assumptions, and improve project quality through structured reviews and scenario analysis.
  • Supporting organizational readiness, adoption, and successful business outcomes.
  • Coaching project teams while influencing without direct authority.
  • Continuously improving delivery practices, governance, execution, and team effectiveness by leveraging modern delivery approaches, automation, and AI-assisted project management techniques.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically possess:

  • 5+ years of experience leading increasingly complex projects, with opportunities ranging from departmental and cross-functional initiatives to enterprise-scale programs requiring 15+ years of management experience.
  • Experience delivering business transformation, technology implementation, operational improvement, or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand client environments, build credibility, and deliver value across diverse organizations and industries.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve project planning, delivery analysis, documentation, communications, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment by combining project data, AI-generated insights, and stakeholder input to make informed project and program decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.

  • Competitive Compensation - $65 - $95 per hour. Please note that the compensation range displayed is a generalized range for pipelining purposes and may not reflect the final range for a specific role. Final compensation will be determined based on the role, skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
