Bring new products from idea to shelf-and see your work come to life.

If you love organization, crossfunctional teamwork, and being part of launching products consumers enjoy every day, this role puts you at the center of it all. As a Commercialization Project Coordinator, you'll help turn ideas into reality by supporting new product launches and initiatives across some of our most recognizable categories.

We have two openings:

  • Cultured Division: Dips, cottage cheese, sour cream, and related products
  • Ice Cream Division: Novelties, privatelabel, and commerciallabel products
What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support commercialization projects from early concept through launch by keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and information flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support product launches and commercialization initiatives from concept to shelf through timeline management, task tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate crossfunctional activities with marketing, R&D, sales, finance, supply chain, operations, manufacturing plants, and distribution partners
  • Maintain project calendars, schedules, and status trackers to ensure visibility and ontime execution
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed to support successful launches
  • Communicate project updates, deadlines, and milestones to internal stakeholders
  • Route tasks, materials, and information to the right partners based on priorities and project needs
  • Assist with campaign tracking, project summaries, and internal reporting
  • Support supply chain readiness through data collection, validation, and coordination with plant and logistics teams
  • Assist with finished goods master data setup and ensure accurate system readiness
  • Support initial production and shipment planning for new products, line extensions, customers, or geographies
  • Collaborate on packaging development, SKU setup, and launch execution activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination, documentation, and communication within the commercialization process
