Job Summary:

The role of Project Manager provides the leadership required to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the quality standards of the company. A project manager also leads and manages a design team and contributes to sales efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Challenges and inspires clients and team members to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions.
  • Demonstrates the core values of the firm.
  • Removes obstacles that allow MCE to undertake bold goals and objectives.
  • Promotes communication and cooperation between disciplines at MCE.
  • Conducts performance reviews that are engaging and beneficial to team members.
  • Actively mentor others to advance into new roles within the firm.
  • Participates in hiring and termination decisions of staff.
  • Creates a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
  • Assigns and leads the project team members.
  • Proactively identifies and minimizes risks to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Delivers technical presentations to current clients.

Requirements

You Will Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university/college.
  • 8+ years of building systems design experience.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

Salary Range: $111,700 - $157,500 annually.

Individual employee compensation is determined with a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, knowledge, skills, geography, and performance. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
