About INNIO Group:

INNIO Group is a global distributed energy solutions provider that delivers reliable, flexible, transient, decentralized, modular and efficient power. With a track record of innovation, INNIO designs, manufactures and services high‑performance power systems under its Jenbacher and Waukesha brands. The company delivers power for applications including data centers, microgrids, grid stabilization, industrial energy and gas compression.

INNIO operates a global installed base across approximately 100 countries as of December 31, 2025, supported by a resilient, high‑margin services business that delivers long‑term, recurring revenues across the full equipment lifecycle. As electricity demand accelerates—driven by AI, electrification and grid constraints—INNIO enables scalable, behind‑the‑meter power generation with high efficiency, fast start capability, strong transient performance and fuel flexibility, including hydrogen‑ready solutions. INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward.

Purpose of Role:

INNIO manufactures its Jenbacher products at its headquarters in Jenbach, Austria, and is building up additional production capacity for US customers at its site in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

As Operations Project Manager – PMO, within Jenbacher Global Operations Programs, you will support the program management of the Waukesha production ramp‑up. Based onsite in Waukesha, you will work closely with Program Leadership, the local site organization, the Jenbach headquarters and the individual workstream leaders and teams.

You will serve as the on‑site program management representative, maintaining a detailed and current understanding of the operational status, upcoming milestones and critical topics across the ramp‑up. At the same time, you will maintain an overarching program perspective and assess how workstream developments, risks and decisions affect the overall milestones and strategic objectives.

Your role will be to create transparency across workstreams, track progress against agreed milestones and targets and ensure that dependencies, risks and roadblocks are identified, challenged and addressed in a timely manner. You will prepare decision‑oriented status reports and support the development and follow‑up of mitigation measures where program delivery is at risk.

This role is suited to a structured, analytical and proactive project manager with experience in cross‑functional environments and a strong interest in manufacturing and operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Track program / workstream progress against the integrated program plan and constructively challenge delays, gaps, assumptions and inconsistencies
  • Connect detailed on‑site developments with the broader program objectives, priorities and strategic implications
  • Proactively identify cross‑functional roadblocks and support the development and follow‑up of mitigation measures
  • Coordinate with workstream leaders to ensure alignment with overall milestones, targets and priorities
  • Prepare consolidated status reports, dashboards, management presentations and SteerCo materials
  • Maintain program‑level action, risk, issue, decision and dependency tracking
  • Support cross‑functional alignment meetings, management reviews and decision preparation
  • Provide additional project management support to selected workstreams where required
  • Drive transparency, accountability and timely escalation across the program
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably gained in management consulting, operations consulting, a transformation office or a project management office within an industrial, technology‑driven or multinational environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to the company headquarters in Jenbach, Austria, as required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with project and portfolio management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear actions.
  • Ability to understand the broader program context, identify critical priorities and balance strategic objectives with operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to coordinate and constructively challenge cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive, hands‑on and results‑oriented working style, with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
