Our client is in
need of a .Net Development Lead. This is a full-time position with
benefits. Specific job responsibilities include:
  • Providing
    technical expertise in the identification, evaluation, and development
    of efficient and cost-effective application systems.
  • Collaborating on multi-discipline teams to research, analyze and propose solutions that address business needs.
  • Documenting detailed system requirements.
  • Consulting
    with Applications Systems Manager to establish the list of project
    deliverables and priorities, and supervising the development of assigned
    application projects.
  • Developing junior Programmer/Analyst staff.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated design, architecture and implementation experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems development methodologies, database systems and development techniques.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and multiple deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • NET Framework 4.0/4.5 including Visual Studio 2012-2015, ASP.NET Web Forms/VB.NET and/or C# and MVC
