Senior GIS Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to provide technical leadership for GIS projects, spatial analysis initiatives, geodatabase development, and enterprise GIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop GIS-based solutions.
  • Design GIS workflows, logical data models, and system architectures.
  • Lead GIS projects from planning through implementation.
  • Perform advanced spatial analysis and modeling.
  • Design and maintain enterprise geodatabases.
  • Develop GIS standards, governance policies, and best practices.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Prepare executive reports and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support GIS integration with enterprise business systems.
Requirements
  • Enterprise GIS architecture experience
  • Advanced spatial analysis and modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications
