Job description

The Quote & Project Coordinator supports the quotation and project coordination process by working closely with Territory Managers, dealers, consultants, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely project support.


This role is responsible for preparing equipment quotations, coordinating project information, maintaining accurate quote-related data within company systems, and supporting communication throughout the quotation and project lifecycle.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B quoting, project coordination, customer support, or manufacturer representative environments
  • Experience working with quotations, specifications, equipment schedules, or commercial projects
  • Familiarity with CRM, quoting, or order management systems
  • Experience with AutoQuotes or similar quotation platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Foodservice equipment industry experience (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with drawings, specifications, or construction/project documentation
